Sunset Overdrive isn't a Microsoft IP.

Do we know if they meant an IP literally owned by MS or could it be an IP that was associated with Xbox published by MS?

It's still great. Season 3's characters are a bit of a mixed bag but the new Shadow Lords mode is brilliant. In a way there's perhaps too much content on there now, but it seems odd to criticise it for that.

I have my Alexa connected to my Xbox and it works well. The capture command is 'Alexa, tell Xbox to record that/shapshot that.' It would be good if you could leave out the 'Alexa, tell' part but Amazon probably don't allow it, however I still find this easier than the button presses.

It's basically the Kinect voice controls, but replacing one strange and pretty much unsupported bit of technology with another awful system, right?

Don't think I'll ever *get* Alexa. I hate those automated phone systems that are like "please tell me what you're phoning about. Sorry, I didn't get that, please try again. Use as few words as possible". Why would I choose to talk to something when I've got a button that serves the same purpose? If you're already holding a controller, it doesn't make any sense.

For me it is! I press the Xbox button then one of the other two but I sometimes just get the menu screen, and what you record is so imprecise. Also, I've been into the options and can't find the option to set long record times just short clips. I'm not hating, I'm just sharing my frustrations.

The Xbox One dash has always been a bit gooseberry fool and laggy. Personally I find voice commands to be even more unreliable though.

More than just the dash, the system itself is a buggy mess. Can't even have mine on quick start because for some bullshit reason it causes the controller to disconnect at odd times. Yet it's fine when it's not in quick start mode, just takes ages booting up to the home screen.

Hmmm what?! When I went to change it there was only 4K/1080p and short time options. I will try that tonight thank you.

Not sure what Photek is talking about, you're right Venom you are unable to set long record times. From memory when you have a 4K resolution you're stuck to about 30 seconds of recording. If you sacrifice the resolution then it allows for a slightly longer option.

Probably the best way would be to broadcast your gameplay on Mixer all of the time, then download your broadcast afterwards (don't forget like me because it gets wiped after 30 days!) and then you can get the section of footage you wanted from that broadcast.

Bit of a gooseberry fool way of doing it but at least you get the section that you want.

I think the highest you can record on a lower resolution is 5 minutes. Compared to the built in Share options on PS its crap.
