I did manage to get one from Shopto, but I gave it to my kid as he wanted one for Christmas and we couldn't get one in time. I'll be getting one from Smyths when they are available via Klarna.

I really want to play The Medium when it's out though.

2pm today. I'm not expecting a world beater but if it's scary and looks as good as the screen shots suggest throughout it should be good.

I am disappointed that you don't actually fight anything, afaik.

Yea, im expecting it to be a low - mid 70's kind of score game. But i also think games with tone like this will either appeal strongly to its limited potential player base or turn them off completely.

I have really enjoyed all the other Bloober games that have been on GP (i thought Observer was particularly interesting, and thought Blair Witch was excellent in places), so I would be amazed if this did not end up being my sort of thing.

Yeah I'm expecting low 70s for The Medium. Sounds like its about 8hrs long so a nice game to finish before the Control next-gen patch comes out.

The Medium has got 7/10 written all over it. Looking forward to it, even though I didn't think too much to Blair Witch.

My main problem with Blair Witch was the horrendous technical issues, it had big lurches into sub 20fps on my X1X! If it's fixed I may go back but jesus... :dread:

There’s no easy way to break this news to you all, so I’ll just say it: Stubbs the Zombie is inexplicably getting a re-release next month.

Sounds like Microsoft might be gauging interest in an Xbox mini, but in the shape of the original prototype (that at the time turned out to be nigh on impossible to build):

(co-creator of the original Xbox)

If it does come to fruition, it couldn't be any worse than the mightily disappointing PlayStation Classic.

What’d be the point? Microsoft are going heavy on the BC side of things so you can already play a lot of the games that would probably feature on an Xbox classic on your current console with better FPS, auto HDR if the game supports it. This is the opposite to Sony who aren’t really as fussed about BC past the PS4 so a PS One classic makes a bit of sense whereas this doesn’t in my opinion.

For playing OG games only? No thanks. But they should make a stand-alone box that looks like that, but streams Game Pass to a TV.

Android gamepass streaming box with an xbox controller? Seems like a no brainer, surprised they haven't dabbled with it given the costs would be fairly low.

They are indeed 'dabbling' in it but they want to get it up and running on PC's and older Xbox's first.

Lost Odyssey (360) is £4.99 in this weeks sale. If you are hankering for an old school Final Fantasy in the (FF7/8) mold you should pick it up, it originally shipped on 4 discs too so it's a long game to boot.
