As we gear up for the launch of Forza Horizon 2 on Sept. 30, we’re excited to announce that all Xbox Live Gold members can enjoy Forza Motorsport 5 for free this entire upcoming weekend. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. PDT, Thursday, Sept. 4 through 11:59 p.m. PDT, Sunday, Sept. 7, Gold members in Xbox One markets can play the newest entry in the highest-rated racing franchise* of the past decade, Forza Motorsport 5, in entirety and for free.

The Forza Motorsport 5 weekend will allow you to check out the full Forza experience with special in-game challenges, play against others online and build your achievements and Gamerscore. Throughout the weekend, you will have the chance to compete in a special multiclass endurance in-game race event, Grand Tour of Prague. Complete this endurance event and drive at least 130 miles in the race to earn a new title and badge for your Forza Motorsport 5 profile. After the weekend, you’ll have the option to purchase the game online from the Xbox Store or visit your favorite retailer and continue playing. You will also get to keep your Gamerscore and achievements earned while playing, so invite your Gold friends to play and see who has the best driving skill.

Forza Motorsport 5 is a cinematic automotive journey starring the world’s greatest cars and tracks, created for gamers and racing fans alike, only available on Xbox One. The game features an entirely new graphics engine, 16-car multiplayer races, Drivatar opponents, cloud-powered gameplay, and hundreds of cars perfectly recreated in stunning 1080p and 60fps.

As an added bonus, during the Forza Motorsport 5 weekend event, Xbox Live members in the U.S. can qualify for a chance to win an all-expenses** paid trip to the three-day Forza Motorsport Grand Prix Road Racing Class at the esteemed Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Arizona. Internationally recognized as the leading authority on advanced driver training, Bob Bondurant has been at the forefront of professional driving instruction since 1968, and his racing class features world-class instructors that teaches thrill seekers and current or aspiring racers how to drive like the pros.

You can download Forza Motorsport 5 by visiting the Xbox Store and searching for Forza Motorsport 5. Download the title and put your racing skill to the test. And make sure to check out Forza Horizon 2 launching Sept. 30, 2014.

I guess EA got the trade mark for calling this concept "Game Time", huh? Game Time with Gold would have been a pretty neat name for it.

NHL 15 full game is now available to play early for those with EA access too. Search nhl 15 then pick the one that says "nhl 15 full game" and it should say "get it free with ea access". I think you get 6 hours of playtime on it then have to buy the game next Friday if want to continue playing.

It's a screenshot of Forza 5's cardboard crowd spliced with a photo of an empty Japanese store on launch day.

The 'this made my day' made the pic moronic. If he had just posted pic without that it would have been better.

Not really sure why the other Xbone thread was locked, but okay. I got an Xbone last week and, while I haven't played it much, yet, I'm happy with it. After initial reservations of the new dashboard system, based on use of friends' consoles, I actually think it works very well.

I still don't seem to be able to find demos, though. Any ideas? I want to see them all listed by popularity/chronologically!

Unlike X360 not all the Arcade games have demo's, I know Dead Rising 3 has a big enough one though and I'm sure it used to have a demo area in the store. if only see 2 games or so hit the [--] button at bottom to see more.

I'd also advise getting EA access in the apps store and paying for a year cos thats 4 games instantly for £1.70 a month (£20 per year) - Battlefield 4, FIFA 14, Madden 25, Peggle 2 and in a few weeks Need for Speed Rivals.

As exclusives go, Titanfall and Dead rising 3 are no brainers also.

Whats your gamertag and ill hit you up?

im x PHOTEK x

Crimson Dragon and Super Time force are free this month also, AND as said above you can download Forza 5 for free, and it closes Sunday night.
