My series X has finally decided to start downloading things at a propper speed and not 10mbps.

Huzzah, it no longer takes 12 hours to download a single game update. Has anyone else seen an increase in download speed?

I have an odd question.
I'm thinking of buying a M+K for games like Gears Tactics, will any old wired M+K do?

Can we connect a M+K to Series S/X? I never knew if so!

There's a key binding thing showing what the keys do in Gears Tactics on console so I think so. I could be wrong though

Yeah you can use any wired mouse and keyboard, I believe. Planet Coaster also has the option. Not sure I’d want to use them for Gears Tactics, though. The pad setup is so good.

You could use them on Xbox One as well, but I never bothered.

I will give that a go, I love those sorts of games but the controls are always not great on a console

I think people (especially ones who missed entire gen) shouldn't sleep on State of Decay 2 especially now its 4K/60FPS on Series X. I have always loved it but the new framerate makes taking down a Juggernaut all the easier.

Ha, I like how the other player (or is it an NPC?) runs up after it’s already been taken down.

Is the clip meant to be slow-motion?

EDIT: Oh, it’s gone.
EDIT 2: I keep meaning to try SoD, but there are so many other things to play.

The clip is supposed to be in 60fps but yeah it was in slow so I got rid. Yeah you can take any of your crew (I have 9) out, on your own or grab a partner, he was shooting it with me to be fair.

full clip is here if want to see it in real time.

I've spent enough recently so haven't bothered.

Nope. I definitely haven’t just ordered one.

Remember that once it arrives it will get pretty hot when in use. Be careful.

I just couldn’t justify one of the extra storage cards when I could get 4TB for about £90, plus I’ve spent more than I should have setting myself up for this gen with my Series X, new steering wheel and then seat for said wheel.

Dipped into Halo 5 multiplayer for the first time in years, only won a single match out of six but it really is sublime

Where is the best place to keep on eye on stock coming in? I want a Series X for one of the kids and also one for myself, though I need to get that from Smyths due to Xbox All Access.

Yeah, I may be able to get the Series X due to the Full Access upgrade for myself, though I'm trying to get one for one of the kids first as it's more a priority as it'll be a Christmas present.

Thanks jawa, dude.

If you're already on the All Access service then I think Smyths are accepting upgrades at this point. Just not accepting new applications. Might be worth giving it a go.

All kinds of WD External Hard Drives on sale today at Amazon. I've gone for a 5TB one which I think should be enough for now.
