I'm not saying he's a the best character in the game but I think he's a lot better than literally any other named nopon character in the series.

Edit: I replayed Future Connected recently (it still sucks) and just wanted his kids to stop talking the entire time.

One of the few games I'll instantly pre-order, might even go for the special edition.

I kept Riki out of my party as much as possible in XC1 and he still wore me down.

I actually think that some of the antagonist Nopon characters in XC2 are decent enough in an "OTT JRPG sub-baddie" kind of way

Rubix, man, it was fantastic to hear that the game is releasing early but it's not quite 22nd early (it's 29th) .

What was wrong with Poppy? :shifty:

I agree though, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we get something in a similar vein in XC3 to be honest!

XC2 was pretty poor in handheld but XC: DE was ok from what I remember? Either way what I played of XC2 in handheld wasn’t unplayable but it was far from good.

I played XC2 primarily in handheld and thought it was fine, I never really understood the fuss.

Yeah I played XC2 entirely handheld, I had no complaints

As delighted as I am by the early release date, it feels like an odd move? Did they just feel like they could get it out earlier than expected, so they went with it? Or was there some commercial pressure to release earlier (hard to imagine what that would be though)? I guess there's no way of knowing but I hope it's not being rushed out for some reason.

Games and Stuff.

If you can read this, you're too close.

It's probably already finished and something else has moved so they've brought it forward.

I think they've bumped it up as they have something else that they want out in September / October. Hopefully it's a Mario Odyssey sequel or another triple A release.

Wish my image sig would work

I think Splatoon 3 is likely taking the September slot so they needed to move Xenoblade out to make room
