Up to 160 hours. All ascension quests complete, all characters fully levelled, all weapons upgraded, pretty sure all the colonies are at 5 stars... might try to actually finish the game now! :lol:

I didn’t even know that weapon upgrades were a thing :lol:

I don’t know how you stuck the side content out though, felt like it slightly dragged down what could have been a 10/10, 100 hour game into a 9/10, 125 hour game for myself and probably easily a 150+ hour game for completionists. It’s a very minor complaint but the only one I really have about this really.

The weapon upgrades, is that the quest line you get with the nopon?

Because if it isn't, I completely missed that.

I've had my share of issues with the game, which I'll probably go into in detail at some point now it's finished, but overall that was a bloody good game and it really stuck the landing which was very satisfying to see

2 > 3 > 1 for me in terms of series ranking

Oh for sure, for me it's an 8/10 only because it's aged behind two 9s.

I think if I was ranking them, I’d have 1 and 3 almost level (probably 3 just out in front) with 2 a little behind. As I said a while back, the Xenoblade Chronicle games have to be some of the most consistently great games in my opinion, even XCX is great in some areas if not quite as good as the rest.

I'd absolutely put 2 at the top. For me it had the best characters and story easily.
3 and 1 wouldn't be far behind, and probably around equal. 3 is better in some areas, but 1 has the better ending for me just by virtue of being more upbeat.

I'd also put 2 at the top, if you include the Torna DLC then there is no contest.

Yeah, it is refreshing to see so much 2 love, often when the series is discussed online people focus on their love of the first only and 2 is just sat there thinking: "Don't forget me!"

I think the Anime Waifu and Gacha elements tend to cause some people to dismiss 2. Whilst those same elements are also the entire reason some people love it :lol:

I love you and all the Xenoblade games!

XC2 is great though, Torna only added to it as well.
