I’ve actually been playing Christmas tunes for the past week, granted tomorrow it’ll go into full swing though

Also our houses Christmas decorations will be getting put up over the weekend, was hoping to get them done yesterday but I don't particularly enjoy ladders at the best of times so getting me up there with a nice breeze is a definite no no! Hopefully Sunday will be better as I think its meant to be raining a lot of tomorrow.

I’m still yet to start Christmas shopping as well, luckily I only have 5 people to buy for! I was planning to get it done this week just gone but that went out of the window.....

Second festive shop done. Hit M&S for some booze and got the last (decent) advent calendar for my cat.

Getting the decorations out later and putting the tree up whilst watching scrooged (which I've somehow never seen).

Bought my tree from IKEA for effectively £5 using the deal they have going. It looks as good as anything I have had in previous years. Going to wait to next weekend before putting it up though.

Tree is going up in a bit, and tomorrow were going to mum's to put hers up!

soon get the trusty tree up. 4 christmas movies watched already (admittedly in November) and Christmas lights for my shoppy. full on festive fun for me

It's been 3 hours and I'm still untangling lights

I had my first Christmas market visit on Friday :toot:

managed to achieve my annual dream of getting a big German sausage in my mouth.

We're having a rehearsal of Christmas dinner tonight :wub:

Basically cooking what we're going to have on the day so I can work out if it's missing anything or needs improving before the 25th.

Works Christmas do this evening, been playing Christmas music all day just so I’m definitely in the mood!

I am starting a new job tomorrow so I can probably assume there is no chance of me getting any time off this Christmas apart from the actual bank holidays. Oh well. I can do must of the preparation for Chrismas day the weekened before and maybe blag myself out an hour or two early on Christmas Eve.

I have fireworks now. Ho ho ho!
