I would have happily put every man woman and child to the sword by the time I got home.

Even though I despise religion, I can't help but love the old Christmas songs that revolve around Jesus and all that nonsense. Nat King Cole singing Silent Night, O Come all Ye Faithful and Joy to the World, peak Christmas

Nope

I’m shocking at thinking up what to actually buy people (thankfully I don't have many people to buy for) and no one is very forthcoming with any ideas this year!

I never wrap mine till the last minute anyway, I normally always finish work early on Christmas Eve (2pm this year), so when I get home I grab a bit of late lunch and then start wrapping (which not having many people to buy for doesn’t exactly take hours) while watching my fave Christmas film, The Muppet Christmas Carol

Our tree is going up this weekend, probably on Sunday as we're out for most of tomorrow. :toot:

Would have done it earlier but up until this week we were still hopeful that we would be moving house before Xmas so didn't want to put decorations up only to take them down again before moving!

Just bought more lights for the living room. At this rate it's going to look like Santa's grotto!
