Anyone else finding delivery drivers to be super happy during lockdown? I swear giving each other a thumbs up across a long distance has been a way more cheerful experience than being hand delivered stuff. Maybe that's just me and my social anxiety though :slol:

I've noticed that too!

I reckon it's because they're still playing their usual game of knock-a-door-run, but they're getting paid for leaving the parcel as well.

Booked a parcel collection from Hermes for tomorrow. So naturally they turn up today. Not a problem now, but normally this would have screwed me over. 'Sorry, we missed you'. YOU DON'T SAY. :|

Don’t they generally get paid for successful deliveries and now most people are in so that helps them massively too.

Unfortunately not, that would have gone perfectly up against the french doors, giving me the perfect view of my 4K Polaroid TV.

A bit like that guy in Ireland who gets the postal service to complete crosswords and jigsaw puzzles to find the recipient.

Man, Hermes are useless. Booked a collection via eBay’s Packlink service for today and they’ve done a no show.

I did the same and it showed as delivered signed for...went to the newsagents and they told me they no longer accept parcels due to coronavirus and haven't been for two months! But Hermes has still not taken them off their system.
My parcel status has strangely updated to On Hold now. I tried contacting Hermes but they only have some chat bot which helps you send an email. NO response yet from Hermes.

Opened a case on eBay as item not received. Seller replies stating it was delviered signed for on Hermes tracking :fp:
