Fair play to them, they just delivered! Might have to rethink my hatred of Yodel now!

I had them collect something from mine last week for an Amazon return and they managed that too.

Booked it around 5pm, had it collected the next day and Amazon emailed me a few days after collection with a refund receipt.

Took them 3 days to get me a next day delivery. Apparantly the giant building I am in wasnt here the other day, that or they were testing the cloaking device outside or something.

Strange how they then found me successfully today after amazon had to ring them on my behalf and get them to sort their gooseberry fool.

Thanks Yodel.

Hate all this chasing up stuff. I won't order from Amazon anymore they always use this shitty delivery company.

I wouldn't have waited that long for you, I'd have made you chase me down the street whilst I walk away singing to myself.

Can you have a moan at whoever you ordered it from to get a refund for delivery?

I really wish Amazon would strawberry floating stop using couriers for small parcels. I ordered a stylus the other day and it was delivered by Citylink. It didn't come till around 6:15pm and the guy just shoved it through the letterbox without having me sign for it. Checked on the website and it says "Signed for by: L/Safe:POSTED" :?

When I spoke to the guy from amazon I said that if it isnt here today then I want my money back for the entire item and I wouldnt be renewing prime. I tend to feel bad when I have to call them complaining because they are pretty helpful and its not really their fault that the delivery person was incompetent. It could be considered their fault for getting a contract with the worst delivery agency on the planet, but that isnt really a decision the customer rep on the other end of the phone is making.

I'm lucky I think, I always get the same Yodel person, she is really loud shout everything and drives around in a people carrier doing the deliveries, but at least she is reliable.

Unlike you Yodel are patient and want to make sure customers receive their parcels ;)

Got another delivery on its way via Yodel (The Hunger Games trilogy) I will post here on how Yodel performs this time.

I Mistook Yodel For A Delivery Company wrote:It's the weekend. I write a eulogy for my parcels.

..

I called back later today - it was the same lady and she remembered me "I've found your parcels they're two big plastic boxes" "YES YES!" "they're ready to go they'll be with you shortly" I told her I loved her. She thanked me for that and my boxes arrived.
