Humpty Dumpty sat upon a wall overlooking his home town, governed by the kingdom which built it. Despite numerous inquisitions during the 19th century, nobody in the town knew why it was built - it's just a big strawberry floating wall. Humpty quickly regretted his choices when he realised the ladder which he had used to ascend the wall had vanished. "Life's a bitch", Humpty sighed. It would've been safer for him to call out for help, but truly, nobody gave a strawberry float; not one citizen would raise an eyebrow if the winds had decided to scatter ones trash across the street. Anyways, Humpty decided to drown his sorrows with the nine green bottles sitting on the wall. He didn't question it and neither should you, dear reader.
After boozing it up for over an hour and subsequently filling each bottle with tears of sorrow, he was neither thinking nor walking straight before meeting his eventual demise - titled 'the Great Fall' in a riddle penned by none other than the king himself. Despite their best efforts, all the king's horses and all the king's men eventually conceded that Humpty shouldn't be put together again; instead they decreed that his tragic demise would be best served as a lesson so that others may avoid making the same mistake.

So yesterday I strawberry floated up, stayed up until 2AM forgetting I was on the early shift and woke up 20 minutes after my job started.

Today I'm up at 1:17 but at least I've set my alarms properly lmao

Ah gooseberry fool, my week off from work ends after tomorrow. How does a week pass by so fast when you're not working but takes an eternity when you're stuck at work. It's not fair.
