That's the only way I can make sense of it, I posted that idea a few pages ago but since then Drum has indicated that we're all wrong!

Edit: so either the Godfather is a wolf role or the Godfather counts as a good role (opposite of the Count) and there is a wolf hunter / wolf seer. But at this point there is no way Moggy is playing us, he is just a confused as strawberry float seer.

I think it's Kezzer who's got the dodgy wolf role if I'm honest.

Either way I want a Shakespearean ending, all three vote for each other and they all pop.

Also wan't there an AYAW with no wolves? When was that? it hurt so bad.

I was thinking that this morning. Potentially the final wolf has been sabotaging us from the start, and was in fact the one responsible for killing me earlier in the game? :dread:

I'm biased but I think Moggy deserves to win. Seers (presuming he's not being pulling the biggest AYAW con ever) have the hardest job in the game. They get the power, but the pressure of having to just single one name out a night when everyone seems suspicious. They are burdened with being the good guys' best bet (even more so when the other is killed for being active) and they have to get their info out but also keeping their identity as secret as possible.

I think Moggy's played it well. He got lucky on the second night Seering ObBlov when us masons were already on the process of setting up a circle of trust worthy roles and, without bleating our horn, I think we did a good job keeping him safe. Usually with these circles there's a leak and it all gets strawberry floated over, but we kept him as safe as we could to avoid any info leaking.

And he's done his best by being as annoying as possible in the thread, so much so that no-one has ever suspected him. We managed to help avoid him being too suspicious and getting lynched too. But it's telling that even in this death thread, I don't recall one person ever suspecting him of being the Seer. That's a remarkable job.

Is Moggy bluffing about his protection item, Parksey?

If he is, then he's involved the Trust Circle in the bluff. He mentioned it absolutely ages ago, probably as far back as Day 2 when we all met. I'm inclined to believe it's true, as he also doesn't have that panicky desperation some players have when they are a special role and sense they might get offed soon. He never ended PM messages saying to do X or Y if he died, or that he might die that night. Pretty much everyone else in the early trust circle felt they were going to be killed soon and sent instructions or requests.

If he is bluffing, then he's done so to us as well, in order to protect himself should a Trust Circle member be lying or about to betray him. Which seems unlikely as for so long it was just special roles who had been verified. Daz and C&A didn't even know who he was, and they were 90% safe.

Interesting. The current theory I’m working on is that Moggy is indeed a seer and has played a very good game, and also that of the other two, one is a human and the other is a rogue werewolf who we didn’t realise had a special role, and has been orchestrating events from behind the scenes.

Scenes if he wins as the sole survivor though.

What if there was a wolf that secretly didn't have the same win condition as the rest of The Pack?

This definitely makes me curious.

I have seen a role before where a mafian had to win with the wolves but the godfather has to die, sort of like a usurper. Not convinced that would work here though.

Has the godfather actually killed any wolves or has it just been the count who has killed wolves?

Looking at the kill descriptions will answer your questions. Everything is linked under the events section in the OP.

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

Ah yeah, I forgot about the links in the OP.

Godfather has killed a lot of the wolves who have died.

Hmm, hard to call it here honestly. Would need to have a good look at their post histories but Satriales has been super quiet until the last couple of phases.

He deserves the win, I reckon.

The wolves played very well in the first half/two-thirds of the game, but ultimately the Seer and the Trust Circle he's kept around him even after players in kept dying have led to it all slightly falling apart for them at the end. If they lose, it'll be because they failed to get the Seer. They were getting three kills a night, with another role killing once a night too, and as the informed minority they couldn't find him. So he's done well to survive that for so long. Conversely, he was part of an uninformed majority who could only check one player per night out of an initial 50, all whilst getting info out and staying alive as long as possible.

The humans as a whole have been largely hopeless but the Seer and his circle have kept things going even if it took a while to finally find a wolf. OB, Quilz and Pedz in the early game, me, Nun and Daz in the mid-game and the Rubix, mic and Curls in the end game. He's benefitted from there being more special roles than usual but bar the sawyerpip lynching the Trust Circle haven't really done much wrong (I'm counting the Nun Assassination as a non-Trust Circle endorsed rogue action).

If the wolves win, it'll be limping over the line after a strong start.

Of course, the Godfather, once details all come out, could also be deserving of a win. It's been a close, exciting game really, with a lot of people playing their roles well. Some of those roles, like the Masons, me as the Doppleganger, Curls as the Vigi, were played well to have "powers" above their initial uses.

Edit - As far as I'm aware, sat has been a wolf at least once before and usually takes part in the game. I ruled him out for voting Jezo early on in the game when I was trying to nominate eight players, but always thought he was experienced enough to hide as a wolf. So I'd probably have him down as the Godfather.

I still think this could be a thing.

I have to say whatever happens moggy has played well. He’s been active and at the forefront of the game the whole way through. Very ballsy for wolf, godfather or seer! anyway you look at it to draw so much attention and still make it to the end is an incredible achievement.

I feel a bit sorry for Moggy because whatever the solution is, there was no way he could have worked out in advance. Unless there was.

Just caught up on the past few days. I'm glad I used my bullet on Jezo because I was off on most of the others :fp:

I can’t see that Kezzer would seer as hunter but be aligned to wolves, like moggy said it would be unfair. Godfather however has a distinct “Mafia” ie bad guy connotation. I’m convinced he’s got to be the last opposition to the humans. Of course all 3 of them seem dodgy AF, have to be to make it this far
