I never understand this viewpoint. Nobody wants to die in the game, the humans win by staying alive and killing the wolves, it should not be a shock if a human tries to defend themselves when it looks like they're going to be unjustly killed off!

And not only that, but when you flip human that's more useful if you've had people gunning against you or whatever. More arguing is almost always good for the town!

So if Parksey is Evil Oblomov is a mong because he's ended up getting us both killed by trusting him.

I was going to test Parksey last night as we were both going to handshake with Nun and I'd see if Parksey told the truth (I never admitted this to him though)

The only really sucky things about forum mafia games is the wolves/mafia always just target the smart/active humans first since why wouldn't they which makes it a big race against time to win before all the good people die haha.

Alt accounts would help to mask people in terms of their normal forum identity (although plenty have "styles" that would give them away) but the wolves would still just be able to target the most active/curious.

I don't think it's "A Problem" necessarily, players on both sides know that being smart/busy attracts attention and you just have to find ways to deal with that.

I'm assuming the "puncture wounds" kill is a vigi - in that a villager has pitchforked someone to death right? Surprised everyone in the thread seems to have defaulted to assuming it's vampires!

It's possible the seers only return alignment, not role (and there could be another role that seers role, but not alignment). If that is misunderstood, someone could then declare Parksey as "human" meaning "not a role" when actually what they should mean is "human" as in "not a wolf".
