The current theory I’m working on is that Moggy is indeed a seer and has played a very good game, and also that of the other two, one is a human and the other is a rogue werewolf who we didn’t realise had a special role, and has been orchestrating events from behind the scenes.
Scenes if he wins as the sole survivor though.
He deserves the win, I reckon.
The wolves played very well in the first half/two-thirds of the game, but ultimately the Seer and the Trust Circle he's kept around him even after players in kept dying have led to it all slightly falling apart for them at the end. If they lose, it'll be because they failed to get the Seer. They were getting three kills a night, with another role killing once a night too, and as the informed minority they couldn't find him. So he's done well to survive that for so long. Conversely, he was part of an uninformed majority who could only check one player per night out of an initial 50, all whilst getting info out and staying alive as long as possible.
The humans as a whole have been largely hopeless but the Seer and his circle have kept things going even if it took a while to finally find a wolf. OB, Quilz and Pedz in the early game, me, Nun and Daz in the mid-game and the Rubix, mic and Curls in the end game. He's benefitted from there being more special roles than usual but bar the sawyerpip lynching the Trust Circle haven't really done much wrong (I'm counting the Nun Assassination as a non-Trust Circle endorsed rogue action).
If the wolves win, it'll be limping over the line after a strong start.
Of course, the Godfather, once details all come out, could also be deserving of a win. It's been a close, exciting game really, with a lot of people playing their roles well. Some of those roles, like the Masons, me as the Doppleganger, Curls as the Vigi, were played well to have "powers" above their initial uses.
Edit - As far as I'm aware, sat has been a wolf at least once before and usually takes part in the game. I ruled him out for voting Jezo early on in the game when I was trying to nominate eight players, but always thought he was experienced enough to hide as a wolf. So I'd probably have him down as the Godfather.
