Favourite time of year.

It's like the gaming equivalent of Christmas, the World Cup and the Superbowl, all rolled into one.

Probably log in here afterwards and hope someone has been kind enough to summarise the key points into one convenient thread.

All you guys planning events and such around E3 make me realise how much my interest has waned in recent years. Really don't give a gooseberry fool about E3. I remember getting pretty excited about it. How times change.

Attending E3! Sadly going to miss the PlayStation and Nintendo conferences (I'm tied up on the Mon evening but I might be able to stream Nintendo's on Tuesday) but otherwise I'm going to be running around getting massively stressed because I can't find my meeting rooms. Or something.

Rushing home from work to catch the 5pm Nintendo conference. I let 3 kids off detention last year just so I could escape school on the bell and wouldn't miss it! The next day they were all 'what's E3?'

Going to E3 and missing the Nintendo conference this year is like missing E3 itself.

I'm massively jealous you get to go, but it must be quite stressful for journos having to rush about and making it on time to the various reveals and behind curtain stuff.

Sounds like they need educating in the ways of the videogame. I'd have loved to have had you as a teacher back in the day. Being let off just because of E3!

The conferences tend to drag on, so provided Nintendo have playable Cafe stuff on the show floor I doubt he'll miss much.

I'll be here, getting progressively drunk as the evening wears on. Just like every year, then.

Biggest difference this year is I think we'll be starting on a massive high, & then things will go drastically downhill from there. OMG, new console! Forza 4! Kinect Aquarium! Kinect My Little Pony! Jack Tretton telling 'jokes'...

I'll not be able to see anything live. Quite busy at work and everything.

I'll be avoiding here when the Nintendo Conference is on. I would like to watch all of it without any notion of what they're planning to do.

I've just come back from a week in Disneyland with the Wife and two very excitable children and so need to catch up on sleep over the next few days to recharge the batteries; plus it's my BDay on Tuesday so I'll be opting to miss E3 as it happens this year.

I'll have a nose around here and elsewhere after it's all done and dusted.

On Monday I'll hopefully be watching the Microsoft conference (if my internets hold out) and posting here.

Leaving work early on Tuesday to get home in time for the Nintendo conference. The rest I don't care too much about and will get all the news from the good folk on these forums.

Have booked a half day on Tuesday so I can get home and watch the Nintendo conference in plenty of time, last year I left early but the strawberry floating train caused me to miss the Zelda announcement :x

I'll be making sure I've got lots of streams ready and a some snack food. GRC will be on uber refresh mode as everyone goes mental and the gifs come flooding in.

Good times 8-)
