Jar Jar wasn't a mistake, though. He was in fact a very well thought out character.
*Proceeds to write a 200-page character analysis on why Jar Jar is a well-built character and how fans over-reacted when he was first seen and continue to do so even today*

I'm not sure if this is a dig at Star Wars games in general or not, Preezy... the best one was when you threw up?!? .

Good shout, Orange, although I wish we'd had better-quality lightsaber action. Skyward Sword almost got there but, ideally, we would have wanted to go full Jedi. Maybe, one day in the future, joy-con Jedi could arrive?

Sorry, I meant Johnson. Edited now.

Right on cue for this thread... Star Wars Episode 1: Racer has had a HD fan remake :o . You'd probs be best to move fast as you can imagine Disney taking this over to the Dark Side extremely swiftly.

Thought maybe someone I didn't know had actually been the one writing the whole thing.

Anyway. KOTOR 2 is aces. Everyone play it.

No, just me being a donut. As I say, long day on A&E - race week. :dread:

But yes KOTOR 2 very good, sadly with a bit of a rushed conclusion.

KotOR2 might be ace, but you can never get me on to it. I've tried it. I hate the control set-up for it. Or I did. It's been forever and I might have mellowed on that. All I know is that every game I've tried that has a similar control set-up I've put down quickly. Even if I'd started to get into it like Xenoblade Chronicles. That weird hybrid of action/turn-based combat always puts me off.

No I'm being serious  , even though the motion sickness was overwhelming the immersive nature of it was a high watermark in gaming for me, I genuinely felt like I was sat in an X-Wing.

Makes me feel a bit sweaty and nauseous thinking about it though :slol: :fp:

KOTOR1/2.

Never really got into any of FPS or movie tie in games. Enjoyed them but not as good as KOTOR1/2.

Addicted to the mobile game “Galaxy of Heroes” for the last two years. Sadly that’s it.

I went back to KOTOR 1 at Christmas and yeah...it hasn't aged well from a purely mechanics point of view.

Another Star Wars Episode 1 Racer fan over here. Enjoyed it on N64 as a kid and then re-played through it all a few years back on emulator. Still a really cool game.

I had a lot of fun with Lego Star Wars at the time. Have considered checking out the other lego star wars games but don't really know if they'd be my cup of tea anymore - like, compared to all the other games I have lined up to play, anyway.

Tried to get into Jedi Knight II Outcast a couple of times but just couldn't. Lost interest in the singleplayer, but the multiplayer seems cool. Also played and enjoyed Rogue Squadron 2 and 3 but also never completed either.

For a while I liked the Star Wars MMO (The Old Republic) too.

Sweet, I need to check this out at some point.

Yeah but I’ve never paid any microtransactions for the game, and I’ve got most of the characters/gears/ships. Of course the sheer number of people who are paying are always at the top but I just laugh at them for wasting their money and smash them.

One of my work colleagues plays it as it turns out and what he told me today he says it's obscene how much some people have spent.

Yeah the game does have overpriced packs. As long I don't shell out the cash, I find it a fun game to pass the time when I'm travelling.

One of the devs at Obisidian remade Mos Eisley in Unreal Engine 4 in his spare time.
