Next you'll be telling us that cars don't instantly explode when they crash.

I wonder how many times people haven't gone to help someone in a burning car because they're worried it is going to explode thanks to Hollywood

Depsite living in Florida, one of the most humid places on earth, main character goes running in full jogging bottoms, a grey hoodie (with the hood up) and is shown moving at sprinting pace. They then appear back home with a V shape of sweat on their chest, down one big gulp of water and are not even out of breath. (While on this run we later find out they saw critical plot stuff happening right as they went past).

"Character loves jogging" is a bit of a trope in recent years, it seems like everyone has to have a scene in some way connected with jogging these days.

The recent Brian Cranston series Your Honour comes to mind. He would spot critical case information on his morning run by coincidentally being by the house of the person who was in court.

In that case, at least, he specifically went to the house to have a look at it since a piece of testimony depended on the layout.
