You can watch something featuring celebrities, not even recognise their names let alone their faces, and have not heard of the music they have on the show.

And it features a load of people you remember as being big in the 90s and early 00s, like Kelly Brook, Martine McCutcheon and Ade Edmondson.

You also note how the storyline are ridiculous (crushed by a giant block of edam) but you continue watching it anyway.

Speaking of people from the 90s - when you see someone on tv that you haven't seen for a long time and they look about a hundred years old.

I remember her from the big breakfast! Why has she got 8 chins and bags under her eyes?

You not only go to garden centres on the weekend, but plan to do so well in advance, and also plan to have a nice lunch at the cafe there too. Bonus points if you go easy on the booze the night before so you can really enjoy walking around hangover free.

This.

I have always been terrible at recognising celebrities though.

I thought I was getting old when GTA 1 came out.

...you genuinely like the idea of some sort of elasticated waist in your trousers.

I rented it on Boomerang and rushed through the story mode so I could complete the game on a free trial.

When i was 17/18, i would stand in Otter Nurseries bored out of my skull as mum regularly spent over 30 mins just choosing which daffodil bulbs to buy.

Fast forward nearly 20 years, and i found myself stood in Otter Nurseries as i spent over 30 minutes just choosing which daffodil bulbs to buy.

That you were around to see so much of what is around/popular today debut or be created. The Simpsons to South Park, PlayStation to Xbox, Cartoon Network to Channel 5, Facebook to YouTube, Microsoft Windows to…the internet itself.
