They did this for Burnout and it sucked. I'd rather them not do that. The diversity of tracks would 100% be a lot lower because they wouldn't be able to get it all to mesh.

Still want this

I think the variety in tracks could be maintained by having several hub worlds

Every now and then when I play Switch I always think of the wasted potential of the joy cons. Sure, they released some colour ones, but why not different shapes/layouts?

Why not make a Right Joycon with the buttons/analog stick swapped round? Why not make some in the shape of GC controllers or even the Pro Controller? Things like this would have been good to see from Ninty, maybe Switch 2 era we could see this?

Different shapes, layouts, joycons without stick drift, buttons that last more than a year or two.....the possibilities are endless

Currently playing through Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy; it's a bit slow to start but hoping it's going to pick up as most places have it down as a hidden gem but I'm not liking it much yet.

Given how prone the original joycons are to borking I think asking Nintendo to produce multiple robust designs is a stretch

I've still never experienced any drift on my Switch controllers (6x Joycon 1x Pro)

And that's with years of kids dropping them, putting their sticky hands all over them etc.

I have experienced drift (not just Tokyo) but using contact cleaner has sorted them each time, need to use it again to be honest.

Contact cleaner did work for several years but is becoming less effective each time (in terms of how long it prevents the drift returning).

Same. I now just save myself the hassle and fling 'em back to Nintendo support.

I've totally grown to love the Hori Split Pad Pro controllers these past few years. Proper sticks, decent size buttons, a dpad, comfortable, no drift.

How easy is this?

I don't use mine now but don't want to be stuck with a defective product.

Yep, it's pretty hassle-free and reasonably quick as well.

Anyone else kind of hoping the Zelda Lego releasing in September means we might get a port of some sort in September as well? Probably won’t but with nothing announced for anything after June it does make me wonder.

Same. None of the Hori controllers I've gotten have gone bad on me.
