Just started chapter 6. The option to re spec at anytime for no cost is great. Already got a boss which killed me quickly so will see what I can try to get past them.
The change in size of the areas from Chapter two to Chapter 3 is huge. I found the lack of a Map in this chapter to hinder a bit my experience as I really did know what I missed out on, ended up facing the final boss of the chapter, which as expected is quite annoying. Usually in all chapters you can find an item that helps you with the final boss, hopefully i can get back to retreive it, as I also had another quest which I might be locked out of, if I finish this boss before.
The Series S was a mistake, I think it's probably holding back the entire generation, in terms of third parties, not just the Xbox consoles.
Digital Foundry shot down that argument in its latest weekly Direct, they reckon Series S is more than capable if running the game by turning off a few UE5 features that several other games have done.

They're not the developers, but ok.
You cited Remedy as a source for the Series S being the problem, that's an impressive level of hypocrisy.

Nothing to do with the exclusivity deal at all?
I don't remember, seen a few things from Devs complaining about the Series S.
Don't know, bunch of different rumours flying around. Seems very weird Sony would pay for exclusivity and not shout about the game more.

My initial impression is this seems fair. The sometimes invisible walls are jarring (similar to in Ratchet and Clank). It's the inconsistency that's the problem.
Anyway I can't believe how much they stole from Dragonball

They didnt technically steal from dragonball, the game is based (more like a sequel) on the novel Journey to the West which was published in the 16th century. Dragonball was also heavily influenced by the same novel, which may lead many to believe the game is copying dragonball, but in reality they are both heavily influenced by the same novel.
I found myself listening to some explanation vids about journey to the West at night to understand more the lore.

I realised you have a talisman that teleports you back to the last shrine you visited, so I am not locked into a boss fight. Travelled back and finished off some sidequests and beat the end of chapter 3 boss on my second try with a new spell. It was quite a tedious fight to be fair, didnt really enjoy it..
Wandered around chapter 4 a bit before heading to bed, I am now on level 72/73 I think, Might grind the first area bit to level up.
Chapter 4 is massive! Some of the normal enemies in the cave section were annoying af, thought I reached the end part when I had to fight Zhu Baije but ended up unlocking another section. Probably close to the end of the chapter though. I feel like Im not levelling up with a consistent structure, as I tend to spend my skill points here and there with no consistency, this is also due to the fact that I can just reassign my skill points at any time. Still enjoying it with some of its limitations, there were very few boss battles so far, where I didnt feel like I could actually win, and when this happened it usually meant that I had to go explore the areas in the chapter more to get some missing item which would make the final battle much easier. I like this, the game rewards you for taking time to look around every corner of the map.
