We're with avro but what's a pisstake is we only just switched to them from eon in new property 2 or 3 weeks ago. Eon are trying to strawberry float us with an estimated final bill with a totally wrong reading I fudged up (accidentally added 1000kWH by getting one digit wrong which they refuse to correct) of £255 for one month. It's going to take up to 6 weeks for eon to dispute the read with us.
The good news is that means our prices should be fixed for 12 months basically at the last minute before this happened but that depends on whoever takes over the supply honouring that.
We also have an account with avro for the old address which is £75 in credit we've not been paid so how the strawberry float are we going to get that back?
If they get bought out by eon or EDF (who I had massive problems with) I'll be strawberry floating livid as they've never caused us any trouble despite being extremely slow to respond to their support tickets.
Why does this industry generate so many strawberry floating problems for everyone.
Edit: avro account area won't even load as their database probably getting hammered. I have gave final meter reads a month ago.
Just checked and we technically joined them on 10th August, that's barely 13 days
