I'm not going to be able to commit I'm afraid due to childcare issues. I am still hoping to come along for some part but won't be able to confirm until nearer the time.

My train is booked arriving just before 12 and the latest train I can return on is 9pm.

Booking Confirmed

We have a table at NQ64 confirmed for 14 of us. 16:00-18:00.

Now, how the booking worked is that it was £300 pre-paid. What this means is that, on the day, the group has £300 to use before any charges start applying. Drinks, game tokens, anything else... It all comes under that £300. In terms of what I am asking for from you... Since I am host, I am willing to take a significant portion of that cost myself. As such, I will ask for £15 from each of you. If you do want to give more, that is appreciated.

I wouldn't be taking such a significant portion of the total cost if I knew I couldn't handle it. As it is, it's all good.
