Just a random selection of great games that I can think of now. And still a lot of games I need to discover!
1. project gotham racing 3 2. Halo 3 3. Alan wake 4. The elder scrolls: Oblivion 5. Tales of Vesperia 6. Batman Arkham Asylum 7. Bayonetta 8. Gotham City Imposotors 9. Forza Horizon 10. Burnout paradise
Mainly early-ish 360 games here as I unfortunately was starting to find holding a gamepad too difficult at the time and eventually made the heartbreaking decision to give up on console gaming (I was getting too stressed and frustrated by my efforts to keep playing when my hands just couldn't grip the controls let alone press the buttons ).
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Crackdown
PGR4
Mass Effect
Viva Pinata
Dead Rising
Lost Odyssey
Hexic HD (I think I was actually addicted to this)
Very tough. Probably the console with the widest range of quality games that I've played. There are some that I imagine might make my list given what I've heard about them (Deus Ex: HR, Lost Odyssey) but I've yet to play them.
Crackdown PGR 4 Eternal Sonata Mass Effect 2 Skyrim Red Dead Redemption Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Just Cause 2 Bioshock Fallout 3
When you take away the multi format games (as I played most on the PS3), I'm struggling to think of 10 games I played on the 360 that I'd recommend.
First would be Dead Rising (and the reason I bought a 360 in the first place). This was great, thankfully I ignored the nay sayers. 2nd would be Alan Wake. Another great game IMO (again, opinion seemed to be split on this). Although I enjoyed the game, when I started playing the first bit of DLC my interest was gone.

I meant the multi format games I played on the PS3. There were no trophies on PS3 so I got the 360 version of Silent Hill. Bayonetta was not supposed to be very good on the PS3 so I bought the 360 version.
I haven't picked an all console exclusive list, just the games I've enjoyed playing the most on the system.
#. Batman: Arkham City #. Bioshock Infinite #. Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare #. Ghostbusters #. Mirror's Edge #. Need For Speed: Most Wanted #. The Orange Box #. Perfect Dark XBLA #. Red Dead Redemption #. Sensible World of Soccer HD
Lost Odyssey Gears of War Mass Effect Fallout: New Vegas The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Red Dead Redemption Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 Deadly Premonition Deus Ex: Human Revolution Alpha Protocol
I wanted to try and pick mostly exclusives but some of these were too good not to give recognition to. There's so many I wish could've made it too, sorry Vanquish. Lost Odyssey better make the top 10!
1.Resident Evil 4 2.Perfect Dark 3.Rock Band 3 4.Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition 5.Deus Ex: Human Revolution 6.Brutal Legend 7.XCOM: Enemy Within 8.Braid 9.Catherine 10.El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron
What an insane request. The 360 has the broadest selection of the most incredible, sumptuous, inventive games of any console platform and you're asking me to pick 10? You're a monster, Celer. A real villain.
There were two dozen other titles I had to carve this top ten out from. I want the ridiculous, powerful Asura's Wrath and Bayonetta in there. I want Killer is Dead in there, for being gorgeous and for everything else except the dubious seduction sections. I want Portal 2 in there, because obviously. I want Max Payne 3 in there for letting me shoot men like it does. I want Prince of Persia in there for looking like it does, for its inventiveness, for letting me help green and flowery things grow and for Elika. I kind of want Halo: ODST and Reach in there for the amazing time I spent online in them. I don't want Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance in there because that's the worst camera I've ever used. But I want Ninja Gaiden 2, Spec Ops: The Line and Splinter Cell: Conviction in there! I'm pretty cold on anything Mass Effect now, but that first game was a favourite of mine for a long time. Ikaruga's the best of its kind. Defense Grid: The Awakening is the best of its kind. XCOM: Enemy Unknown should be in there too.
Mirror's Edge, Deadly Premonition, Vanquish, The Wolf Among Us, Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons, From Dust, Bioshock and Infinite, The Monkey Island special editions, The Walking Dead, Fez!
Stop it. Stop it.
