Congratulations to the new champion! It was a great final with 2 amazing worlds and a good chance to see the new world building tool in action. Both finalists came up with fantastic levels and it was hard putting them in order. Even Banzai Bill kept me thinking as it had some fun ideas but was just a little on the unforgiving side.

A huge thank you to Devlin for running the contest. You've done an incredible job running the whole thing and we really appreciate the hard work that you've put into the contest. And, of course, thank you to all of the other Makers! I had a lot of fun playing through and watching such a creative collection of courses! :toot:

Anyone else feeling a little sad that (ignoring the odd technical difficulty situation during the comp) tonight is the first Sunday with no AYAMMM stream?

Just quickly watched the results part of the final stream. Congrats Jenuall!

Also I wanted to express my thanks to Cheeky for running the (4, I think!) competitions - back on the Wii U it was a real highlight for me and got me through some really tricky times - I lost my Mum during the first competition in 2016, and my Dad during the 2018 one, and it was a real lift to feel part of the competition back then. I'm a little sad it's all over now but totally understand why Cheeky's bringing it to a close.

I never won it (although thanks to a little catchphrase I sneaked in early on it seems like I did!), but I think I made semi-finals each time, so I feel like I kind of earned the almost-meme fame of 'VOTE LIME!'

Also thanks to Matt, my idol, for voting for me in this years final.

I played through some of my old competition levels the other day, particularly the set of 'Castle Clenchcheeks' speed-runs. Happy times!

So Thanks Cheeky! and enjoy your retirement. :D

Although I wasn't around to enjoy this competition through to it's conclusion... congratulations, Jenuall! It was great to see some fresh creators tussling with the pool of veteran creators. I also add my voice to the applause for Matt in creating Jen's winners avatar :-).

I want to shout a thank you to Cheeky, too, for his fine work in organising the competitions over the years. It takes time and effort to do that kinda thing and it enabled a lot of folk to have fun (and be enraged!) by the game. Thanks, Cheeky!

Cheers Jawa, you were missed in the competition.

All of this seems like ages ago now but it was only a few weeks back really!
