Agreed. They were too hasty in getting rid of Big Sam.
It's not like France fluked it with 10men. They have totally bossed us.
I'd also consider giving Brenton Rodgers a call. He'd do better than Southgate.
Useless. I know it's a friendly but that was strawberry floating gooseberry fool again. France have better players but against ten men England did strawberry float all.
Why did Southgate bring Walker on as a left-back? Why did he play Oxlade-Chamberlain as a DM? Why was Phil Jones played as a right-back? When will strawberry floating England managers learn to play their strawberry floating players in their best positions? Bunch of gooseberry fool.
There was and is no-one better qualified to do the England job than Allardyce right now. It wouldn't be pretty but he'd have come up with a coherent method and not dick about like Southgate has done.

For some reason for years now successive England managers have tried to bodge together an England team by playing players out of position. Sometimes your best team isn't your favourite 11 players.

There are plenty of managers qualified to do the job, Allardyce might just be the only English option.
Spurs first game at Wembley is against Chelsea. I'm sure these fixtures are chosen and not automatically produced by a computer. What with both Spurs and West Ham having Man U for their last fixtures at their old grounds, things like this just seem to perfect.
