Because Sony said so. It's not a positive thing but it is what it is.

Ps plus doesn't interest me really, never used it when I had a ps3.

Love the speaker on the controller though.

You'll need Plus if you want to play multiplayer.

What?

You'll need Plus if you want to play multiplayer.

Why? Why do I need to pay for another service to be able to play a multiplayer aspect of a game?

do you not pay for xbox live gold?

yeah because it was free on ps3, now it's not.

besides it's not just multiplayer you get with plus. it's 2 ps4 games, 2 ps3 games, 2 vita games every month, cloud save back ups, auto update etc. it's still better value than gold.

What do you expect?

360 basically 'won' the console war, while continually dicking over it's customers by restricting everything to gold members. And people were quite happy to carry on paying it.

Anyone who paid for live on 360 is to blame.

So my initial impressions of the console.

Very small and quiet. Minimal design is

Controller is better than DS3 but not as comfortable as the xbox ones Imo.

The dashboard, or UI is better than the ps3 and xbox one. Nice and simple with easy to find stuff. So Im mega impressed. Just give me god of war 4 and TLoU 2 plz.

Welcome to the PS4 Glowy. I've not turned mine on in months thanks to Titanfall but I'm back in the market for a new game so let me know if you stumble across anything cool. I'm a PS+ subscriber.

I'd prefer not to see a TLOU sequel, it's a special title and should remain that way.

As for the TLOU team, they're rumoured to be working on a space-based game.

Mini TLoU spoiler...

It may be based on the Savage Starlight comic found within TLoU.
