Day 2 - did a little more but still not much before I felt absolutely wasted. I did some stage that required me to do some exercise I simply couldn't do. It was somewhat like a pushup but then doing calf ups at the same time. I can't even do a pushup still where my arms are weak so I had to cheese it lmao
Started getting back into this myself the last week or so, want to try and have at least two good sessions on it a week really.
I ditched the adventure mode of this quite quickly when I first got it as it always felt too limiting in terms of the workout it gave you and there was too much downtime
