Considering London Field Day next year. Would see Ride, Madlib, Caribou, Django Django and Patti Smith.

Take me to all of these.

Pretty much decided I wont be going to gigs till I leave uni. Costs far too much (paid around about £80 for everything to go see Foals last year) and I just don't have to time. Any money I have is going into the Glasto fund, which isn't a bad situation to be in really.

I went to see John Grant with the Royal Northern Sinfonia at the Edinburgh Usher Hall on Saturday night. Incredible gig. Mixing his fantastic songwriting and voice with a stunning orchestral wall of sound.

He's just released a live album with the BBC Philharmonic [spotify link], which gives you an idea of the concert.

That's a great view, unfortunately I think Slash is on the stage.

Managed to get front row seats for Idina Menzel next June  Can't wait.

June is going to be so good. Idina and Taylor Swift all in one month.

Saw Bombay Bicycle Club last week. I've never listened to them before but they were really good. Support band was gooseberry fool though and was surrounded by children all night. Seriously, I felt so old.

Went and seen Lenny Kravitz on Saturday @ SSE Arena, Wembley (my first time at this venue) and it was a cracking gig and venue, he didn't finish until 11.35pm I was thinking was he ever going to leave the stage, most places the curfew has been way earlier - must be due to no residential areas close to the Arena, mint night!

One of the vids I took:

I've no idea what he looks like so I'll be sure to either tell everyone that or shout it out in between songs all night.
